Our Process

Our approach equips you with the essential tools needed to facilitate positive health, lifestyle and functional outcomes in both the short and long term. We achieve this through our 3-stage process.

Stage One

Assessment

Identify the Problem

We delve beneath the surface symptoms to discover the genuine root cause of your problem. Our exhaustive assessment includes postural screening, gait and functional movement analysis, and injury-specific testing. This rigorous methodology ensures that pain isn’t the sole consideration in our diagnosis. The area where you feel pain isn’t always the one that needs the most attention. Once we have collaborated on your assessment, our practitioners will explain the findings, educate you on their implications, and recommend a bespoke management plan tailored to your needs.

Stage Two

Treatment

Reset & Reinforce

Our initial treatments focus on resetting the body through manual therapy, expert advice and gentle restorative exercises. We aim to alleviate symptoms such as pain, restriction and inflammation, enhance your mobility and foster pain-free movement patterns. By reducing pain, we create an opportunity to reinforce positive movement habits and progress towards enhancing multi-joint stability through a comprehensive movement-based programme.

Prevention

Reload & Reduce Injury Recurrence

Once your body has been reset and correct movement patterns reinforced, we prepare you to progress to the reload stage. This phase is an integral part of your rehabilitation, which is often overlooked due to the absence of pain. It forms a crucial part of the preventative measures we put in place to prevent regression or relapse. We recommend a mix of functional movements and conditioning work to ensure you maintain functional strength and stability, reduce the likelihood of injury recurrence, and remain injury-free.

Stage Three
